chat about what you both want to see and do and what countries you want to visit. Go to a travel agent that does tailor made holidays together and have a chat with them and seek their advice about the route to take. It will depend on time of year, weather, whats going on culturally in certain countries at certain times etc. When you are both happy to decide on a certain route and you make your booking, organise any visas you will need. you also need to find out about money and foreign currency and health. You may need vaccinations for certain countries you go to. have a great time.
