What is the simplest way to synchronize two air cylinders.........?

What is the simplest way to synchronize two air cylinders operating through the same 4 way valve to cause them to move at the same speed?

You have to place a pressure regulator on the infeed line to each cylinder and then adjust the regulators until each cylinder operates at the same speed and time

Tie them together so they can't move independently.
