Dogs and other animals naturally have white teeth because of their diet. To really have white teeth you have to cut out anything food or dirnk that would stain your teeth. This is taking out so many things as is so difficult, I suggest you take a trip to a Whitening specialist instead. Laser removal is the best treatment.

Baking Soda 2 twice a day and wash mouth with Lemon water and and here is the key...wash to a colth not a toothpaste.

the best whittening toothpaste contains baking soda and peroxide. In United States, Ultrabrite toothpaste works really well.

whren i had my wisdom teeth removed the doctor had me rinse my mouth with half peroxide and half mouthwash and that really made my teeth white!
