It all depends where the chickens hangout! are there a lot of female chicks around? because nothing wets the whistle like a good looking chick LIPS OR NO LIPS

I sure it would be able too. Now a chicken do have a mouth and it would be concider lips maybe not like our lips. Also a chicken was not designed to function like a human.

it does whistle....whilst holding the chickens *** up to your lips..gently blow across the chickens sphincter...whilst collapsing the chicken like a bagpipe....numerous tunes have been played in germany and can be found on the web....the royal deutch chicken musical quartet is a crowd favorite
