If it was me I wouldn't allow it as if he ever got into an accident or was caught by your mom that could really create more problems for you. If your mom has a problem with your people that your boyfriend hangs out with then he has a decision to make. That being you or them. Your mom will always be there for you, but there is always a chance that your boyfriend may not so do not jeopardize your relationship with your family over a boyfriend.

if u trust him with ur car then let him drive it but it sont seem to me that u want him to drive it because of his friends. I wouldnt let him drive it, i mean u guys arent going steady so he shouldnt be insulted. And about the whole friend thing and ur mom, well there isnt anything you really can do because it isnt his mom. Just make sure that none of his friends are around ur mom to respect her, she doesnt have to like his friends just ur bf and ur friends.

If you paid for the car, you decide.
If you did not, I would listen to your mom
She loves you too, and has been in your life longer than your on/off boyfriend.

Tell your mother why you like him. If she doesnt listen, then let him drive your moms car off a bridge ;)

I wouldn't let anybody drive my car without the proper insurance.

no. don't do it. of all the days in your life for an accident to happen, I can guarantee it will be the day HE drives your car.
