Ok now this may sound funny but it will help.
First start drinking lemonaide or lemon juice. That cleans out your colon. Second as long as you take 10,000 steps a day and or just keep moving, you will burn calories. also chnage your diet this way...
for the next two weeks whatever you decide to eat for breakfast eat the same thing every morning for the two weeks, do the same for lunch. then eat whatever you want in smaller portions for dinner. if you follow this it will work in two weeks you will see and feel the difference.

along w/ what you already do, add sit ups and especially leg raises everyday.... i do about 60 each night. I also jump rope about 100 jumps and that works for me. Eat less at night too. I always see some difference the next day.
