i roll my hair while its wet, then let it dry. but it seems like more breaks off than when i use heat.

Any styling of your hair can be damaging. Use a good moisturizing or strengthing conditioner like Garner Fructis

actually rolling your hair is even better than using a curling iron! BUT! you have to be careful not to do it very often. Rolling your hair wet is the most satisfying, but it also strechs your hair and that's the reason why you are getting brakage. Remember, when you use a curling iron the results are burnt hair and when you do a wet set (use rolls) is more brakage. Try deep-conditioning your hair once a week. This will make your hair even stronger and healthyer.

no iam rolling my hair from 10 yrs and it changed totalyit ivery soft but short .any how it does not ever damage it the opposite it is the best way.
