Just ask him out plain and simple. Guys love when they don't have to steel their nerves and work up the courage to ask a girl out only to get shut down. If a girl asks the guy out, there's no way he can be rejected and therefore he'll never decline. It's perfect. If you really like this guy, just come up to him and tell him you'd really like to go out with him sometime. Plan with him the time, the event, and you've got yourself a date.

ask him if he wants to go "hang out" for drinks or a show or something and just let it happen. There's a lot less pressure if your just "kicking it" and you end up hooking up. It also gives you a chance to see if you guys have chemistry
