What is the best stuff to help get rid of a rash?

I have been using all kinds of topical "anti-itch" creams and nothing is working. i've even tried to change laundry soaps. i dont know what kind of rash it is, but it's tiny little bumps that are itchy, and its spreading. HELP!!

Hydrocortizone is good for itchy rashes but if its spreading you need to see your physician. Also, tey Benedryl. Here is an idex of some common rashes.
