You know gift giving is not ever been common for my family during Thanksgiving....but if she is maybe hosting a dinner and you guys are over 21 maybe you can bring over a bottle of wine or maybe some sparkling cider!!! Maybe a table centerpiece (local grocery stores)
The best gift at Thanksgiving is helping with the clean-up!!! It is very thoughtful of you !!

there's gift giving at thanksgiving now?? Wow, well some fall flowers will do nice. Like maybe a flower pot with mum's in it and you can help plant them.

Why don't you do the Thanksgiving dinner? Either cook it yourself if you have the skills, or order it from one of the grocery stores.
