I'm trying to find out if you can enlist in the army while you are on probation. What I am on probation for was not a felony and is under a yo so no one can see it anyway. I've heard you can't enlist while on probation and then I heard you can enlist while on probation and it would even help probation as well. I just would like to find out if you can or not and I can't find anything that says so.

No you can't. It might be easier to get the probation qwashed as a condition that you might join the Armed services, or just train and do cardio while you wait, and take the ASVAB till you get a really good score

if it was anything but the army, i'd say hell no, but with them who knows. I'm pretty sure you can enlist while on probation. But i think you'll have to be off probation by the time you go to basic.

Of course. The army qualifies as Community Service. You'll be welcomed with open arms. But you have to do a 3 month probation period to see if they like you, or you like them. Good luck soldier.

I do know some body personaly that did get in the militay while on probation i beleive it depends on the judge ig they will allow you to

i have tried and they wont let me until i get off. they told me that i could try to get off so i could join, but that they couldnt do anything with me wile i was on probation. you can ask your probation officer to set up a hearing and you can ask the judge to let you off so you can join. it doesnt always work but if it does then you can also get your record sealed. good luck.

no you cant join while on probation. They do a background check on you.. and what the general public cant see... the military and police agencies do have access too.
