I have visible pores/white heads on my nose and surrounding area. My pores are clogged with dirt/oil. I can literally use tweezers and squeeze out the dirt from my nose. But they become clogged everyday. I have used a few products including nutregena toners, cleansers and mositurizers to remove them. But have had no luck.

AVEENO! Its the best! I use their micro bead scrubbing face wash first to scrub away any dirt and dead skin, and then I use the foaming face wash! I LOVE IT! It cleared up my skin within a week! They also carry face scrubbing cleansing pads which are great too! Good Luck!!!

You need to go your local spa/salon if they give facials there. Call around first and ask if they have facials. A licensed tech and steam it so that the pores open up. They will then exract the black heads and clogged pores. Mine showed me how to do it myself with a tissue. Don't try to do it yourself first unless you are shown- you could cause scarring. You should use a tissue between your fingers and your skin- so the skin does not break and scar, before you squeeze each one individually. It is somewhat gross but the only true way to get rid of black heads. It might look red and irritated for a day but it will be so smooth afterward until you need another one. Most drug stores also sell small stainless tools that put even pressure on the outside of a blackhead so that as you push the oil pops out. Good luck

Mary Kay has a wonderful product called Microderm abrasion. It sounds tough and boy is it, but it is gentle enough to use every other day. It has worked wonders for my skin and my clients who have the very same skin issues as you. If you would like to "try it before you buy it" go to Mary Kay.com click on the link that says find a consultant. From there you can enter your zip code and request a free sample. Mary Kay also has an Acne treatment gel that works wonders. ask for a sample of that too! If you do buy the product, and later decide you don't like them you can ask for a refund or replacement product. Your satisfaction in 100% guaranteed, no questions asked. You can't do that with other products that you purchase at the store. They just sit in the medicine cabinet collecting dust and taking up space.

NEVER EVER squeeze anything on your face. In fact, you should never touch your face with your hands. Filthy. Only after you wash them in hot, soapy water (you should be able to sing 2 choruses of Happy Birthday) and they are clean you can use Biore Strips. Put them on and when you take them off, all your pores will be clean. Then use a mild astringent to close them and keep the dirt out. You can get them at the store for about $4.00

Use witch hazel. Cheap, but works great as a facial cleanser.
