If it only changes when her contacts are in, it is probably just a slight change because most, if not all, contacts are slightly tented blue. That is so they won't be completed clear and so you can see it to pick it up.

Maybe what you are observing has something to do with the ambient light or the clothing your young adult is wearing.
Can your eyes really change color? Well, not really, but they certainly can appear to change. All of what we see around us is REFLECTED light. When you look at an object or even another person, you are actually receiving reflected light into your eyes. If that object was illuminated with red light, you would see that object as red, even though it may in fact be white. The melanocytes of the iris do not change (except in infants and the elderly) and therefore are not responsible for periodic eye color changes. The light around you does change, however, especially reflected light....from the color of the room, the sky, and your clothes."
It turns out that eye color in humans is more complicated. At least two genes control eye color and they work in complicated ways. There may be more genes involved.

The eyes becoming lighter is called "hyperchromia". It occurs in about 10% of adults, and can be a sign of:
1. Something horrible happening to you
2. Nothing.
Usually the answer is nothing. Brown to hazel is a pretty slight color change, so if she's not having blurry vision or other symptoms of eye trouble she's fine.

One of my eyes changed from blue to half brown when I was 2 or 3. No one can explain it. Some doctors say it was just a fluke, one guy actually told me it must have been some kind of birth defect. So I would say that yes, it is possible, but good luck finding a reasonable explanation!

My eye color changes by itself. When I'm in a good mood they are blue, when I'm in a bad mood they are green. I don't know how or why they do this they just do.

Actually yes, they can change color.
My eyes were always a dark brown, but as I have aged, they are turning more of a Hazel color. And no, I do not wear contacts.

I know what she goes through. My eye color changes with my mood/blood pressure. I do not have contacts. I have had friends telling me that they watched my eyes change colors. They even amitted to getting me upset, mad, or amused just to watch them change. Let her know she's not the only one.

Are you relatively severe? A pill that could exchange your eye colour? LAMO!! How a pair of pill to alter your intercourse? Or a pill to alter your clothing? basically take a pill and you will no longer ought to sleep, eat, bypass to the bathing room, or.... come on - you probably did no longer particularly have faith that, did you?!?!?

Yes, it can. The reason why is because they may not be healthy
due to lack of not taking proper care for themselves. so take
better care of yourself or whoever it might be.
