I was a wee skinny thing when a bit younger. What I eat has very little relation to my weight. However, I lose weight dramatically if I'm stressed or ill. So my advice to you is to find ways to be more contented - like a cat, you'll get smug and plump when happy with your lot. Sort out any problems that are lurking, make sure work/school makes you happy, find a wonderful partner to love and spoil you - and just be content that you have a figure so many would kill for. I know it's hard to be skinny when everyone is jealous and feels they can comment on it, but be happy with the way you are, dress to impress, and smile 3times more than you do - it really works to make you feel better!
Best of luck x

If you are being truthful, and are not under 18 (ie still growing) then I would suggest a trip to the doctors - you could have an over active metabolism caused by an overactive thyroid gland - and should get it checked out. Otherwise, are you eating a balanced diet, regularly? Or are you burning off more calories than you eat? (ie do you love exercise? if so you'll need to eat more carbs) Good luck!

I wish I suffered from your problem - I try and eat healthly with no junk food orcrisps and stuff but just have to look at a cake to pile on the pounds. Aslong as your healthy you shouldn't worry about being slim.

I heard that if you drink slim fast along with all your meals that you eat you can gain extra weight because of all the extra protein in it. But, if you are this concerned about your weight, you might want to see a specialist.
