the guy i love lives in another country now. he says he has a small penis that does not work. because of this many times he has said he will end his life...recently he has found a girl he likes who likes him too, but he is reluctant to ask her out...and now he's only talking of ending his life since he cant have sex and give women that pleasure. i have tried explaining in every way it does not really matter, but he wont listen... i live very far off and im aat a complete loss of what to do. im afraid he will take his life..
could someone please help me by advising what positive advice i can give? i also would like to convince him to see the doctor but he says its very humiliating, so how can i do that?

Tell him to stop crying like a child, and get some help. He is not the only person in this world with that problem.

Yeah he needs to see a doctor.
It really isn't just something you can ignore in a realationship.
If he is pretty young it just may be late maturity at work.
Some guys I know went into their 20's with this.
It needs to at least function.
Get him to a doctor... hmmm how...
Handcuffs if you have to. Be annoyingly persistant!
Be a good freind.
It is just a medical problem. He should not be ashamed.
He may never be a big guy. But if it works he will be happy.
There is a scare tactic. This has been know to be related to a heart condition found in young men. (This is the truth) Lack of sufficient Blood pressure to acheive erection.
Mioght just be a sign of something worse.
Everything CAN be treated. Why suffer?

Ask a psychologist what would be a good way to motivate him to go to doctor's, but remember, *you* are not responsible for his life. Whether or not he takes it. He may just be trying to get a reaction from you emotionally, since he can't physically. [Maybe he could make it all about the girl...if he doesn't get too frustrated.] By the way, you are his gf and he is dating another girl? Don't understand that one. Good luck hon.

it's very hard to help someone who won't accept your help,and there's no way you can help him when he lives in another country. my advice would be to move on
