No it does not taste the same. And not all bottled waters taste the same either...in fact some actually taste more like tap water than tap water itself...and some just taste way over purified. I suggest if this is research, grab up one of each kind of bottled water you can find, and taste them all for yourself...and compare them all to tap water and eachother.

absolutely not. bottled water comes from companies that go through the time of extensive filtering and maybe even distilling their water. most public water resevoirs are practically a toxic puddle after adding all of the chemicals to keep it safe. take a look at the results of the last water testing in your town, you'll see the long list of ingredients that I'm talking about. These things are not in fresh bottled water.........making it taste ''better''.

It depends on where you are. At my house, yes. We have great water and it doesn't have a taste at all. At my office, NO...it has a strange taste and I can't drink it. At my boyfriend's old apartment it was awful. They had to buy a water cooler just to have drinking water. So, the answer varies according to the particular tap water.

they oftentimes upload extra minerals to bottled water and the filteration technique could be distinctive. on occasion, as in Fiji, the water only comes from an altogether distinctive source so it is going to style distinctive. The style of your faucet water is likewise plagued by potential of the place you reside. as an occasion, manhattan has been voted as having the fairly some ultimate tasting faucet water. manhattan water is seen "stressful water" and has greater stages of minerals and definitely tastes extra useful often times than some bottled waters.
