anyone knows where i can rent a wedding gown at a cheap price? i saw many boutiques on the stretch of shops along Tanjong Pagar, but i'm not sure if they're cheap. would they be much cheaper? the prices should be more competitive since there's so many similar shops, isn't it? anyway, some recommendations please.

um i dont know if you can rent them but david's bridal has cheap gowns, beautiful too. they can go from $100 and up. try david's bridal and see what you like, if not, jsut find bridal stores and go inside and get quotes, that's about all you can do from what i know.. when i got married i just went to a clothing store i really like, found a white dress and bought it, under 100 bucks... it was really nice too

I was going to rent my dress for my wedding as well. I went to the place and tried on gowns. After asking about pricing, seemed to me it was cheaper to go and buy one. My girlfriend who was with me wrote down the maker and dress number. I went home, found it one line and paid half of what it cost to rent it. The only issue is delivery time. Mine was 13 weeks, I got it a week before the wedding!

I don't know if you can rent one anywhere, but here are some suggestions:

Check your local classified ads and thrift stores. If there aren't any classified ads listing wedding gowns, put in an ad that says you're looking for a wedding gown--be sure to put the size!

Good luck!
