Just ended a long term relationship.. i'm 17, young i know. but you all should know the pain that follows.. and i'm just wondering.. what do i do to feel better?
so far i'm just ignoring everything, but i know that it will all come back and hit me hard.
any good ideas to release emotion? besides crying. i want to cry, but i can't. i dunno.. i feel the need to but my body won't let me. my friend told me it's cuz i'm in emotional shock right now and it will hit me in a couple days..

You will go through a lot of different emotions.
Do you work out at a gym? Physical activity will help.
Hang out with some friends
Try not to ignore everything that might make it worse.
Good Luck

Yeah I know how that is...people call it puppy love, but it's real to the puppies isn't it. Do something with some friends.....take some time to do something for you. It will take time, but you will heal. Treat yourself to something such as a dinner, a movie or do something relaxing maybe a pedicure and/or manicure. Do something nice for yourself. Just don't blame yourself for the breakup. Even if you ended the relationship, you must have had a good reason to do so......just don't dwell on it.

via changing them with constructive ones. particularly. you're basically conscious of the detrimental thoughts because of the fact you survive them. placed your recommendations to something constructive and you will see how a lot greater suitable you experience. via feeling greater suitable, you will then be waiting to launch your carry on the negatives. i actually, don't have time for negativity. Too busy.

Start a journal of your emotions and write down how you feel that day.... do something for yourself, start a new hobby... get out and about.

CRYING IS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, EXERCISE UNTIL YOU ARE VERY TIRED. KEEP A JOURNAL. SEE A COUNSELOR.
