Hello,
I have a reception to attend in a couple of weeks. The couple had a civil union marriage a few months back and are now having the reception. It is 3 hours, at wedding/banquet place, just appetizers and open bar. They are not registered anywhere. They have been together for about 15 years and also living together for about the same. I am at a loss as to what to give as a gift. I am going solo, and am young and it is a coworker, not a very close friend. If you have any ideas, I would really appreciate it. Thanks-MJ

Collect favored recipes from other co-workers, print in pretty colors and out in a cute notebook.

I'd get them a gift certificate to a nice local restaurant. If they've been together a while they probably don't need typical wedding gifts, and a night out is something just about anyone would appreciate.

Gift cards to a great store are the best. They can get whatever they need or want then.
