Is there a people finder site for Israel that isn't in Hebrew?

I've heard of Jewish Reunion, but I'm after something like a directory or electoral register equivalent for Israel.

There is this one (out of several) genealogical site in English. Ife you know the name you are looking for, it is a real great site for people looking for ancestors, family, friends etc.
