You could be slightly dehydrated. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Try saline nasal spray or the saline gels that you can put in your nostrils to moisten them. For your mouth there is a spray called Oasis that works very well. A dry mouth can lead to dental problems. If the problem persists, tell your doctor. An autoimmune condition called Sjogren's syndrome could be responsible. Sjogren's symptoms include dry mouth, nose, eyes and mucus membranes.

Is the mucous tissue in your nose also dry? Do you get nosebleeds easily? In this case, you should drink lots of water. Dryness in mouth and mucosal tissue means that you're dehydrated. About your nose: you can try smearing Vaseline into your nostrils to keep the tissue hydrated.
