I want to do someting for a change... like a new haircut and stuff, My fiance, who is a marine, will be coming home for thanksgiving and I just wanna do something to wow him...lol. Maybe lose a few pounds and stuff. But, Thanksgiving is only like two weeks away. Any suggestions of what I could do to make me feel better about myself? I mean, don't get me wrong...I'm not like hugley overweight or anything, I just wanna look better and I want to do it b4 thanksgiving because it will be the 1st time i've seen him in over a month. Thank you.

Eat absolutely nothing but complex carbs, lean proteins (grilled skinless/boneless chicken, ground turkey), fruits and vegetables. Also excercise at least 20 minutes each day. I promise you will shed at least 5 pounds in two weeks. There are no miracle diets, it just takes discipline.

Well thats a great idea i think ill do the same thing, my guy is overseas but not in the marine or anything , but to the subject ok this make fell better, go get a pedicure and manicure, also get simple hilights or chane your hair color, also get your brows arched, and individual lashes applied to your current lashes, get the indiviuals not the strip, after that. Go to the mall and go to your favorite make-up couter i reccommend MAC or Estee lauder. At these places you can get a FREE make over, all you have to do is buy something cheap like lipstick or eyeshadow. just tell them you want to try a new loook. After that Stop in at a local WALMART and lock in the look with with some photos, Walmart has qaulity but very affordable. So that should do it... this sounds like a lot but if you really tally it up its cheap. and the photos will give you later self boost. To say WOW i was SEXY.

free make over with a purchase $40

total : 171 or less if you go to a day spa you can get pkg deal on the beauty part

2 weeks isn't much time to lose weight if that is your goal. Start eating better right now and get some daily exercise; if you can't go to a gym trying walking or jogging. There are a lot of gyms that have a week or 2 trial period; maybe you can try one out. Hair is also an easy thing to change, cut and or color. Good Luck with the homecoming I'm sure that will be happy to see you whatever you decide to do.

If you've got the cash, invest in a full spa day. The seaweed body wraps are supposed to take off up to 10 lbs. Plus you can get a nice glow, boosting your esteem.

If you're looking for a little spice, try red highlights. Blonds may have fun, but red heads are notoriously naughty.

If you've got the time, there are herbal water pills. They work fast and what you lose when you start a weight loss program is usually water weight anyway.

Finally, don't forget he is male, it really doesn't take much. You could put in a world of effort and all he'll is notice you.

awwww, thats really sweet. Okay well, try telling your self every day in the mirror I am beautiful I love myself yeah i know sounds weird but it works you see it makes you think positive about your self and thats just starting from the inside. Okay I suggest you wear something WOW-ish because he will be like my fiance is gorgeous! or whatever haha and If you are over weight maybe try dieting? but dont starve your self grab a friend and hit the gym! run or walk on the tred mill for maybe 10 minutes or go for a run with a friend so your social and activley burning calories. I hope my advice works for you im only 13 but trust me i give great advice. Good Luck!.

New hair cut and color.
New dress, shoes and bag.
Manicure and pedicure.
Exercise 25-30 minutes a day.
Eat less and drink more water.
Sleep 8 hrs a day..

get your hair trimmed as it suits your face as well as is admired by your fiancee. get a new dress (which he would like). give him a surprse by some change in personality which he silently expects from u ( it should be suitable 2 u i.e. u must be comfortable). he will be happier than ever.
