at least she's not allergic to nuts, that's a real downer.for meat try feeding her chicken and for omega 3 you can get bread with that in. make sure she drinks a glass of milk every morning or evening, this will keep up her calcium levels.as for startchy foods you can feed her bread and pasta, and there are plenty more foods such as bananas and apples that will boost her green intake. with the stuff she can eat, try introducing her to as much new stuff as possible at an early age, as this will broaden her choices in food.♥b♥

Ok have you had your child tested by a Allergy doctor? This is important to tell if it is a true allergy or just an intolerance. Also some childrens digestive systems are late to develop and need to be started out very slow on food. I would start from scratch. Start with rice cereal and wait 3 days to see if any reactions. Make sure you keep a record so you know. Things to look for are a red rash on any part of the body, vommiting, diarrhea, lots of gas. You can then introduce veggies and fruits only one at a time and wait the 3 days to see. Only feed that same food for the 3 days. Stay away from acidic foods and foods that are usually high allergies for now. Try things like chicken, pork, rice, green veggies, fruits, cereal if it doesn't have wheat in it. Also don't introduce anything new in the way of juices or anything while you are trying to figure out what he or she is allergic too. The most important thing to do is to get them tested so you will know.

I also have a child with food allergies, many of the same ones you deal with. First have her checked and make sure it is a true allergy. The test is not fun but it is worth it. Then get a list of what she is allergic to and all the code names. If she is allergic to wheat she can't have gluten, potatoes also means no potato starch, everything has code names and other triggers. See a nutritionist. The health department has them. When you go shopping, go when you have lots of time so you can read labels, after a while it gets easier because you just know what you buy. Visit the Health food store and take time to really look at all they offer. Here are some foods that we use that are great. First try anything from the Enjoy Life product line. Their products are free of the 10 most common allergens including wheat , eggs , fish. We buy their cookie, bagels, cereal bars. We use another brand called EnerG for breads,(rice flour) it has no wheat eggs yeast dairy, they also have a powdered egg replacer that we use for baking. another product we use is from a company called Sans Gluten, we use their pancake mix with the egg replacer. also buy rice pasta, I get this at the grocery store, or at the health food store, My son lives on spaghetti some weeks. One other note, your daughter is so young that she may outgrow some of these allergies. At four months old they diagnosed my son with a beef allergy and we outgrew by one. For her protiens use chicken or cheese, also check with your pediatrician before introducing new foods. They believe that the earlier you introduce you children to foods the higher the chance for an allergy to develop. Teh food allergy and anaphalix network also has some good advice and tips but their is a fee to join and get the really good stuff. Good Luck

A few of these items have ingredients in common and it may be an ingredient causing a reaction. Have you had your child to the Allergist to confirm the allergy? There are different levels from sensitive to something, intolerant to something, allergic to something and then anaphylactic to something so you will want to know what exactly needs cut from her diet. The more an allergen is fed, the bigger chance for bigger reactions with subsequent feedings ie) eggs give hives, but next time he/she may pass out or have trouble breathing(anaphylactic)
Your allergist should be able to recommend a dietician or pediatric nutritionist to help the process. Also, as I always recommend - join an awareness group who can educate you on how to deal with food allergies.

shes too young for most of the foods you listed anyway. Are you sure she is allergic and not just having a hard time digesting food? First of all make sure that what you feed her is easy to digest. Start off with seeing a pediatrician about what to feed her, ask about other possibilities other than allergic reactions.

okay lets aort this out. your baby is allergic to proteins, carbohydrates and even tomatoes?

what is the pattern on how you feed the baby?

the thing is when the baby reached 4-6 mos u should wean it. now if u wean the baby introducing him/her a different food everyday it will more likely to confuse you on where the baby got his/her allergies.

u should try changing the babies food weekly this would determine what food causes the allergies. if in doubt of the baby's nutrition, breastfeed him/her to back up the nutrients he needs.

breastmilk is hypoallergenic thus doesn't cause allergies.

Wow that doesnt leave much.. i would contact a reputable medical nutrician.. you could call the local hospital and ask to speak to their resident dietician...

other than that.. your doctor should be able to recommend one

Have you tried cheese - veggies with cheese, wheat and egg free pasta, cottage cheese with fruit, polenta, yogurt
