Try sweet talking someone into going to Boots for you and getting a box of Dead Sea Salts. A handful of that in a warm bath and you'll be right as rain in no time! It's a miracle worker!!!
If you can't get fancy-schmancy dead sea salt, you can always put normal table salt in your bath instead, it's nowhere near effective as the other salt, but will help a lil' bit : )
As for OTC pain pills, Propain Plus has codeine in and a muscle realaxant.
Oh, and have you considered upvc? Not the prettiest thing in the word but at least it doesn't need painting ::lol::
Hope you feel better soon!

Hot bath or shower every day until it calms down. Heat therapy is the best thing. Don't take anything stronger than panadol as it is a normal reaction to the activity you have been doing. You could use biofreeze gel if you like. This is really cold when put on and very quickly gets really hot and burny. It works well though and you can get it in a chemist over the counter. When you have a bath, put about 5 drops of lavendart in it each time. That will help the aches and will relax you too. Good luck.

Be careful if you were removing old paint with heat you could be suffering from lead poisoning.
If you were just painting you are probably suffering just general body aches from muscles that aren’t used very often. Take a hot shower and the appropriate dose of iboprophin. Iboprophin is an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, and will help with the muscle pain. The hot shower loosens the muscles and helps them to relax, which in turn relieves pain.

Have a nice warm bath or hot shower. Put on your favorite sweats, and have an ice cold brewski.
Snuggle under a nice warm blanket and call it a day. If you have severe pain, hold off on the brewski and take some aleve or motrin.

i does no longer use perscription discomfort killers or maybe guy made "white pill" discomfort killers. as quickly as I over artwork my out of shape physique, it particularly is what you probably did, I first drink a fabulous style of water, then take a warm tub. After that i take advantage of a needed Oil combination stated as, "Panaway". From youthful residing. there is yet another employer that makes needed oils that has good products too yet i can't bear in mind their call, Doterra? i think of. I recomend those steps earlier making use of pills to kill the discomfort with the aid of fact your physique is able to get better if supported to attain this. making use of manmade skill may bring about greater harm or different issues that could impression you negitively as you become older.

Sounds like all that activity just put your body outta whack. See a chiropractor who will put your body back in alignment. You don't need painkillers, getting your spine and everything else aligned will stop the pain nearly before you walk out of the chiro's office! Any lingering pain will be due to sore muscles surrounding your bones, and for that ice will help.

Drink a lot of water for the muscle aches and take some ibuprofen. Take a hot bath in Epsom Salts and then rub Tigert Balm Liniment where it hurts the most. Kick back and put your feet up. Listen to some relaxing music or put on a movie....zzzzzzzz.

Like most have said, a hot bath w/ lavender or chamamile to help you mentally relax. Then a nice massage while your body is still warm and take 2 alieve. They go directly to the muscles and stops the immediate aches and pain. Eventually the pain will subside, but PLEASE DO NOT STAY INACTIVE! it is like working out. Once you get your muscles working and stretched, if you stop and don't do anything else, you will stiffen up and it will be very painful!

Take a couple of Co-codamol or Nurofen (don't have any alcohol), have a nice soak in a hot bath and either go to bed or get someone to give you a hot oil massage. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes. Go buy some Magnesium. It is the BEST natural muscle relaxant. Better than prescription ones. Take that a a couple of Ibuprofen and lie down.
