Recents studies show that:
1. "In-surgery bleaching that require only one visit are to be viewed with scepticism. Patients who had only one session had a higher relapse that those that had 2-3 sessions. Approximately half of the patients with 2-3 in-surgery sessions requested additional home bleaching to improve the result."
2. "It is possible that dehydration of the teeth could be a contributor to the whitening seen in one-visit procedures." In other words, one-visit treatment looks better initially because it dries out the teeth temporarily, but that the teeth rehydrate and change back much of the change.
So, go for the home bleaching - it will take longer, but give better results.

study have shown that laser or in-residing house whitening supplies a swifter preliminary effect, yet there is an substantial relapse so as that some human beings would desire to flow returned for 2 or 3 instructions. Over 50% additionally would desire to stay with-up with tray residing house whitening to get the needed effect. So, residing house bleaching supplies the best outcomes. With my sufferers, i've got got here across that the best thank you to minimize the possibility of sensitivity is: 1st nighttime - load the tray with GC tooth Mousse and placed on it in one day. This product is barely available from dentists and incorporates milk proteins that are by and massive meant to remineralise tooth, yet additionally have the effect of blockading up the dentinal tubules. So this protectively primes the tooth in the previous bleaching starts off. 2d nighttime/day - initiate utilising Sensodyne toothpaste, and initiate off up the bleaching. If the sensitivity turns into too lots, then use the Mousse returned to calm issues down in the previous beginning the bleach returned for shorter sessions of time. stable success!

the home bleaching will take longer to do, but its better if your teeth can suffer from sensitivity as the bleach is not as strong , you will get the same results as laser but it will just take a little longer to achieve and its actually cheaper the home bleaching,
laser whitening can be really sensitive , my teeth went hyper senstive after for a day or so and i know my colleagues have had the same problem,
my opinion is the bleach is better then the laser, and costs less and reduces ure chance of any discomfort , easy winner in my opinion and u can stop when ure happy with the result where as the laser will bleach to a shade u have no control over
good luck

Laser whitening or in-office whitening will do the trick far better and quicker. In-office whitening is usually done in one appt of one hours time. Whereas whitening trays you have made in office and wear home at night, you must wear for one hour each night for about 10 days. See what I'm saying! Both results will be pretty much the same. In-office runs about $600 in canada, and home bleaching runs roughly $300. I know you said price didnt matter just thought I would throw that in! Good luck, and happy whitening!!!

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.
