how long would it take take to get my birth records?

i was born in germany my mother is a U.S cizten she was with my aunt at the time. my auny was in the miltary I was born on a U.S miltary base. I sent the paperwork and money for birth records last week

Depending on where they were at, it can take as little as 7 business days to up to 8 weeks. All you can do now is wait. Didn't your parents have your birth records? If they are in possession of them, why not ask them for them--it would be faster and free.
