You can also use store-bought piccata sauce. Trader Giotto's is a good one. (from Trader Joe's)

A chicken cutlet, floured and pan-fried, then butter, white wine lemon, and parsley along with about a tablespoon of capers at the end.......I call it DELICIOUS!!!
