A dog's normal body temperature is between 101°F and 102°F.

I'd take my dog along to the vets if he had tick fever but you may want to look at this website:

But please note that the website warns that tick fever could result in death! So please, take the dog along to the vet.

TICK FEVER- Tick Fever, or Ehrlichia Canis, is a tick transmitted disease affecting dogs. The brown dog tick carries the organism causing Ehrlichiosis and transmits the disease while feeding on the dogs blood. The best prevention of the disease is to prevent ticks. This should include checking your dog's skin daily for ticks, and using tick treatments such as Frontline or Advantix. Tick Fever is diagnosed with a simple blood test that is usually sent out to a laboratory. Symptoms of tick fever can range from mild lethargy and fever, to not wanting to eat and nose bleeds. Treatment of E. Canis involves a course of antibiotics and possibly other supportive care.
Depending on the type of tick fever and the severity, this may include hospitalisation, certain injections (imizol or berenil), oral antibiotics (doxycycline, metronidazole), corticosteroids , or in severe cases blood transfusion. The treatment is aimed at lowering the number of parasites in the blood circulation, providing supportive care, preventing further destruction of the blood cells and platelets.

A canines popular temp is everywhere from ninety 9-103 stages. it is common for the temp to be slightly greater through stress (like being on the vet) or intense stages of interest, so a temp greater than 103 on a wholesome canines is oftentimes no reason for situation. Does your canines have the different warning signs of something? shop checking her temp, and if it does not normalize the next day then I propose taking her on your vet. meanwhile you are able to attempt to maintain her heat with blankets and cuddling.
