Yes. Out of respect for her she should be told.
That’s a foul move and you need to be penalized (back to the line of scrimmage you go). Dating people within the same family is a boundary that shouldn’t be crossed. That’s disrespectful! Would you want your ex to have dated your dad before dating you? Think about it…
Anyway, I would advise you to speak with your current girl and tell her to discuss it with her mom, being that she chose to be involved with someone who once dated her. Or, both of you sit down and inform your ex about your current relationship.
Be blessed, in spite of being intertwined with such a mess.

i dont know whats worse you for dating your exs daughter or the daughter for dating her moms ex/ thats just messed up
