Well as soon as you step out of your caravan all the seagull in the area will die because of the huge stink that you give off. So you should be alright if you park near the dump!
In addition to that why would you want to go to the tip? dont you just dump all your rubbish where ever you like accept the tip?

wear a big seagull costume and flap your wings to scar em away..theyll think that your the big daddy seagull and leave the tip. Good luck,

By the way I thought that the gypsies created the tips wherever they went rather than raiding them.
