My stepfather of 6 years is such a royal a**!! I hate his guts! He made me stay up until 11:30 at night - scrubbing the kitchen. I have to get up every morning at 5!!! How can I stop him?? I've already called CPS on him for hitting me int he face and giving me a bloody nose, and he got off becuz we alled lied ( he told us - my bro, sis, and i - that if we told we wouldn't live to see when he was taken away) And my mom doesn't have enough courage to kick him to the curb..........please give dme some advice.

Talk calmly and give examples to another adult about your home life. Like a teacher, pasture etc. Get others involved. CPS can't really do anything until a "reliable" report is given.Your siblings need protection too! Get together and get out! Your mother is probably afraid of what could happen if she steps in. It's not that she doesn't love you, she just doesn't know how to protect her kids. Give her the courage to get out of this situation.

Police station, when they arrest someone for assault they take them away right then. Then you can file a restaining order. And depending on the gravity of the situation, all you have to do is tell them that he said if he was arrested the he would come kill you. Then the police take different measures to ensure your safety. I am majoring in criminal justice. Trust me. The minute the cops put him in handcuffs, and you file a formal complaint he wont mess with you. The worst thing that you could do is cover for him. And make sure that you convince your mother to come foward with you. That testimony is crutial. Hope that this helps.

What kind of help are your requesting. Help was sent to you but you lied under pressure and threats. If help was sent out again, would you lie again?
The services are their to help you but you have to tell the truth and live with the consequences of him being put out or you and your siblings being taken to a foster family and if your stepfather is helping your mom out financially, look forward to that to stop. I only mention these things because it is something you will have to look at and live with once you tell which you should but have services set you up with counseling to deal with the aftermath.

Get up and call the police. This creep needs to be locked under the jail. Get a restraining order against him. If he has threatened to kill you I would try to get charges for that. They take that more seriously nowdays. Best of luck to you and get help before he holds to his threats.

Talk to a teacher, or other adult that can help you take action. Scrubbing the kitchen won't kill you, but you shouldn't have to put up with being punched.

you need to talk to a help line for teen like "boys-town" not just for boys and see if you can get in a battered teen home call an ant or uncle or a grand parent sorry to hear that ! ÿÃ

if anyone else knows what is goin on...have them call CPS and if he touches you again...call the police...or go to the hospital for it...they have to call CPS if its that kind of situation

Please contact some of your other relatives to help you get out of that situation. I'm sure once your mom realizes that he has ruined her relationship with you guys she will soon leave him!! Please find relatives who will accept you and your siblings 2getha
