STOP SELF HARM IMMEDIATELY!!! It is an addictive habit that is very difficult to break. You use this as a coping mechinism and eventually become dependant on it to relieve stress and unpleasent feelings that you can't mentally deal with. The more you do it the deeper the cuts get and the more offten you cut. I cannot stress enough--STOP WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!
As for the depressin feelings, see a Dr asap, it won't go away by itself, it will only get worse. You can be depressed for no apparent reason. depression is a disease caused by not enough happy-feel good chemicals (usually seratonin) in your brain. The dr can give you meds that will help balance you and you can live a normal life again. You may also consider counseling to help you learn to combat the depressing feelings. Don't let your symptoms go too long without being treated. especially since you are harming yourself.

I am no doctor but I do know what you are experiencing. Some of it is stress. Most peope don't know how harmful stress really is and some that know they are stressed don't know what to do to change it. I feel there is more you are not telling here. If I knew all of what you are trying to say, I may be able to help you out. For feeling tired start taking a multi Vitamin and some extra B complex Vitamins, this will help reduce some stress on the physical side of your problem. Treat yourself to a chocolate candy bar (dark prefered) (its healthier than milk chocolate) Take walks with your favorite music to listen to. Look around and see the wonders of the sky and grass and all that is here for us to enjoy. The old saying, stop and smell the roses. Then when you get home make a list of everything you can think of, that has upset you. Look at each one and ask yourself, why did I let that bother me. You will only end up sick at the rate you're going. If you want it to stop, then it will, but you have to be incontrol of those emotions. Stop beating yourself up and learn to respect yourself. You get the stress gone everything will go back to normal. Remember vitamins will help you physically and mentally.You are worth it. tell yourself ,I'm worth it.If you don't respect yourself, no one else will either. It sounds like depression but since you starting to harm yourself you should speak with a doctor about antidepressants. Now i myself don't believe in taking meds when there are other ways of helping yourself through a situation but i don't know the story of your life, i don't know what you have been through. Talk to a professional that will help you and give you the advise you need. It may go away on it's own but usually when you want to harm yourself or someone else the problem goes deeper. Talk to someone who can help you!

First off it will NOT just go away on its own. If something major has just happened either good or bad then that could have been the cause. It could also be suppressed memories from your childhood. you may need professional help to find the source. Self harm will definitely make it worse believe me i know. try not to do it before it is really to late.

Everything sounds normal except the hurting yourself part.

Sweetie , please seek medical advice. You may have a bad case of depression or you could have what I have ,and that is bipolar. Where you feel down, tired, you hate yourself and you self harm yourself.....you will need medication, even if you only have derpression.

I know what your going through. You are at a stage of drepression that is easy to fall into. You need to find love. You need to find a friend. Go out friday or saturday nights to bars, clubs, laundry mats, college towns any place where you can find a person to talk to and to be with. Don't keep being alone. You will get worse! Trust me, the bad advice you have listen to for awhile is not to worry about love it will come to you. No it won't you must go after love even if you have to ask 1,000,000 men to dance with you or to chat with you over a cup of coffee! If you are old enough, they might not even try to bite you! Don't end your life, their are sweet men out there but most of them are ruined by bad girls and are just like you, hiding, hurting, and waiting for someone to come into their life! Me? I am trying to talk to women but it has been a long 11 years of marriage to one person that keeps me in the mind set that I'm cheating on my cheating ex wife!
