Eliminate the "bad" carbs, -usually they are anything white, only as a general rule, and eat only the high fiber carbs-whole grains, whole wheat-read labels, even watch certain veggies. Exercise Always helps, eat 6 small portions a day that are mostly protein, trying to eliminate dairy products, cut out the fat and the red meat!By eating 6 small meals daily, this will keep your insulin level at the proper level and you will not be hungry. Buy a small book on carbs from your neighborhood drug store to better understand the difference between good and bad carbs and keep track on how many grams you are eating. When I lost weight, I was on 15 grams of Good carbs. Good luck, watch the dairy, fat, and red meat and I know you will do great. If you are diabetic consult with your Doctor first, or if you have any other health matters.

Number one, anorexia is a mental/ emotional/ physical thing. You're not going to become anorexic by losing weight quickly unless there is already an underlying emotional mental problem. Second, if you lose weight quickly, it's much less likely that you will keep it off. If you still want to lose weight, this is what worked for me. No sodas, and large quantities of water. Putting 45 lbs of weight in a back pack and walking at a quick pace (4mph). I also increased the weight to 55 lbs and climbed up and down stairs. I do 15 flights of stairs in under 20 minutes with that weight, it's slow, but I'm improving. I do 20 crunches 3 times a week, the other four days I do push ups. (you have to alternate days.) Also, make sure to eat. They say six small meals a day, but that wasn't an option, so I eat one very large, well balanced meal a day. When I am just walking around, I walk quickly. This is what worked and is working for me. I have lost 20 lbs and at least an inch in key places (waist, biceps where women get "wings", thighs) I started at 230, now I am at 210. So, I suppose it's worth a try. Good luck. One last thing, about your butt, the stairs will help, but also try squats and leg lifts.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

no diet will shrink your butt !
get the book- Body for Life. It discusses the changes you should make to have a healthy life style- for life.
Low saturated fat, lower carbs, higher protein, daily multi vitamin, fruit and vegetables.
Cardio workout along with a weight training workout.
It takes time to be in good shape, but once you're there, it takes very little to maintain !
For a nice ripped butt, I suggest straight leg deadlifts. Running, swimming or regular dead lifts will help your waistline. Although a chubby wais usually means the rest of you is too, unless genetically your weight accumulates there ?

Good Luck !

of course losing weight isn't the hard part it's keeping it off...i wouldn't recommend losing more than 5 lbs in 2 weeks because doctors recommend two pounds/week or you'll end up gaining it back
