there is this guy at my college he is the finest japanese gut that i have ever seen. we always stare at each other but we dont talk. ther is this girl thats always around him whenever im around he still stares at me should i make the first move or not HELP!!!

I'm Japanese and would like to tell you that the Japanese in general are very shy and are intimidated by native English speakers. If he always looks at you, he is interested in you but might be thinking that you're way out of his league. I think it's a good idea that you make the first move. You could ask him questions like: Which part of Japan do you come from? Can you write my name in Japanese? If you feel comfortable, ask him if he wants to have lunch with you and talk about Japan and the culture. Approach him and see how he reacts.

As a man I will tell you our secret .....We are scarred to death you women will reject us....That's why most of us when were young go after the easy girls.....Not saying that you need to be easy ....but just ask him if he want to hang out after school ....I am pretty sure if he is looking at you like you say he's into you......But maybe a little intimidated by your beuty ....If he is then when you ask him out he may try to be macho and not show .....But on the inside he's going nuts....Hope I could help a bit

Go up to him and talk to him. Ask him about his classes and what he likes to do. Then as each day goes by...start to flirt and it'll show that ur in to him and maybe he'll ask you out.
