Really? Good news, that means I don't have to replace South Dakota's star on my flag with a coat-hanger.

Well, I am a firm believer in a woman's choice. Where South Dakota went wrong in that law is only allowing abortions if the mother's health was in jeopardy. I think it could've gained more support within that state if the also made the law cover victims of incest and rape to be able to have abortions. With that law they shut to many people out and I think that's why it got overturned. I guess the state is still taking it to the government/Supreme Court to have it heard out. South Dakota performs on average 800 abortions a year in the states only operating abortion clinic.

Every person has the freedom to choose about their lives. And the woman is not obliged to bore children for society. It is a woman choice wether to have or not have children. Since it is in our physiology to get pregnant, sometimes it can happen.. and then what, the woman must bore the child, even in most of the cases alone, because the law is applied only to her, but not to the man involved into the creation of that child?
I am against abortion bans, because it is a woman`s choice to have children!

South Dakota is an extremely conservative state. i think of the factor that folk consistently remember is the helplessness of a guy or woman who's a sufferer of rape or incest, and that i think of this is why it did no longer bypass. additionally, i think of we walk an extremely skinny line while identifying while existence starts off. shall we get returned to the days while it replaced into considered undesirable to ejaculate or menstruate without the purpose or procreating.

I'm glad. A woman who has an abortion shouldn't be made a criminal. A woman should have the right to chose what to do with her body...

The elections turned out the opposite of how I hoped they would turn out. I now live in a state where freaking Claire McCaskil (or however the hell you spell that) is going to pay women to get pregnant and allow other women to kill the babies they don't want. What a sick world we live in...
