Two years at the most.

The moment when Our Lord Jesus was born, the wise men saw a star and followed it.

Meanwhile, Herod that felt jaleous because of the prophecy, that a King of Jews had been born, ordered all the children of Bethlehem younger than 2 years to be murdered. Jesus was within that range, so Virgin Mary and Joseph ran away because an angel told them.

There is nothing in Christian Scripture that specifies this; however, we can infer from the wording of Matthew 2:16 that Jesus was 2 years old or younger:

16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men.

I hope this helps. Peace.

Jesus' name was Josua Ben Joseph. He was born aug 21 , 7 BC . The Maji , who were priests from mesopotamia , found him about 3 weeks later. There is a full story in Urantia Book P 1352. Not a "Christian" book but a real revelation . I plead with you to refrain from using pbuh , as it is offensive to others.

He would have been a small boy I suspect between 2and 4 yrs old. If the "wise men" were from the east (babalon or beyond) and were folowing a solar event, It would have taken quite some time to make the journey.

Despite the misconception that it happened at his birth, it is thought that the wise men visited him between the ages of 2 and 3.

The whole nativity thing is only in one of the gospels isn't it, the other three are silent on the matter. Another little fairy story added a few decades after the fact.
