You need to see a dentist - but it could be signs of gum disease. The sooner it's caught the better.

Unusual bleeding has two causes.
1. there is a defect in the clotting system. There are dozens of causes such as use of anti-coagulant medicines(including asprin) bone marrow diseases such as leukemia. These are circumstances that intefgere with platelets in nthe blood. Advanced liver disease creates a bleeding disorder. There are genetic causes including hemophilia
2. there is an abnormal opening in the arteries or veins that is allowing blood to escape. Trauma is an obvious reason for bleeding but unless the bleeding lasts for an usually long time or seems to result from a trivial injury the condition requires no further medical attention.
In the case of bleeding gums in an otherwise healthy person an examination may be prudent. The physician looks for other evidence of bleeding such as a history of nose bleeds or coughing blood and he/she will search for small red, flat spots (petechia) on the skin or in the eyes. Tests forblood in urine or stool and clotting times can be done.
In case of an otherwise healthy person with no other evidence of one of pathological causes for blood loss it is most likel that bleeding due to the saecond category of defects. That is, bleeding is due to an abnormal openinfg in the vascular system allowing blood to escape from the gums. Poor dental hygiene and gingivitis arwill cause damage to tiny blood vessels as a part of the inflammatory process that, together, can cause visible bleeding when slight trauma is applied.
First, see a dentist and if the dentist advises it, see an M.D. In the end, brushing and flossing is probably just what the dentist has been advising us for decades. But do we do it?

GUM DISEASE
Talk to a local dentist ASAP.
While gum disease can be attributable to many things such as diabetes, stress, and medications, the fact is that the majority of Americans who are afflicted with gum disease have nothing more to blame than a combination of poor dental hygiene, poor nutrition, and tobacco use (if you are a smoker). Gum disease is no laughing matter folks. It is a very serious and unnecessary risk to your health, not to mention your smile and ability to chew solid food into your twilight years.
The early stage of gum disease is gingivitis, where the gums redden, swell, and bleed easily, yet can be reversed with professional cleanings and proper dental hygiene. However, if left untreated, gingivitis can progress into periodontitis. Periodontitis is much more of a threat, and with time, plaque can spread below the gum line, creating a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and toxins. These toxins produce a chronic inflammatory response that cause the tissue and bone that support the teeth to be broken down and destroyed. Gums will separate from the teeth, forming pockets which can become infected by the already present bacteria. Ultimately, if no action has been taken, the resulting bone loss and infection will call for the tooth to be removed in the afflicted area.
Sadly, gums cannot regenerate themselves, and the bones that hold your beautiful teeth in place will not reform. But, if caught soon enough (before your teeth fall out of your head), gum disease can be stopped dead in its tracks, pockets will close up, gums will become toned and healthy, and the former threat of bone loss will no longer exist.

Lots of reasons, among them lack of Vitamin C, toothbrush needs to be changed or needs to be softer, your teeth may need cleaning (dental care), pregancy causes gums to be more tender, sensitive. See your dentist and ask him/her.

THEY BLEED BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT BRUSH YOUR TEETH VERY GOOD OR MAYBE BECAUSE YOU DO IT TOO SOFTLY AND THEN YOU TRY TO DO IT VERY HARD. OR MAYBE IF YOU JUST BOUGHT A NEW TOOTHBRUSH IT IS SO HARD IT HURTS YOUR GUMS .
TO GET RID OF THIS TRY BRUSHING YOUR GUMS IN CIRCULAR MOTIONS SO THEY CAN GET TOUGH AND STRONG,
WELL GOOD LUCK GIRL!!
