To blow your nose -- yes. To wipe your nose, not necessarily.
If your nose is absolutely crazy runny, most folks will forgive you if you keep a tissue close. Just don't touch anyone else's food or utensils, and get up a couple times to blow your nose and wash your hands. And... don't actually BLOW your nose while sitting at the table.
Colds suck. Having a runny nose that just won't stop is a decent enough excuse to wipe it with a tissue at the dinner table. Take a good decongestant and keep a few tissues in your pocket at the dinner table. Hope for the best. :-)

yes you must get up from the table ,if you are alone or in someone's else company ..... in a restaurant especially
if your cold is making you have a runny nose ? you must decline a dinner invitation , for it is rude for others to hear the noise, of you blowing your nose , and not very appetizing either .....and spreading the germs of a cold to others ........

Gosh! If you are at home, definitely go into a different room of the house to blow or wipe. If my nose was running constantly and we had dinner plans, I'd cancel!! It's just nasty to sit at a table with food and wipe or blow your nose.

Yes, unless you live alone or are totally alone in a restaurant area. It is uncouth to blow your nose when and where anyone else is eating. I detest that. Have some manners.........

I wouldn't leave the table if I could do it quietly. If it had to be a real honker, then I'd consider leaving the table, especially if digging is involved.
