The best way for anyone to say they are sorry, and it seems the hardest way also....

There is nothing hard about apologizing except letting your pride down and doing it.

Send flowers with note that you are sorry and that you did not intend to make her feel hurt and that you like her and if she felt hurt you apologize for it.

Buy the friend food or something. He doesn't need to know if it is 'accidentty'. Tell him nothing.

tell them that you are very sorry then if they are female get them some flowers if male take them out for a drink this will help them get over wat eva it is u did and it might get u in a relationship with them,
