If it's your grandmothers sisters' daughter it would be a 2nd cousin to you.
Your grandmothers sister would be your parents aunt and your great aunt. Any of her children would be 1st cousins to your parent.

As confusing as you put it, it sounds like the daughter would be your mother, as she is the daughter of the mother, the mother the daughter of the grandmother, and the sister the sister of the grandmother, making the sister the aunt of the mother.

if itis the daughter of the sister than she is your aunt, otherwise she is your sister
