It's just a regular run of the mill BBQ sauce but now it's fantastic after cooking the pork.
I was thinking of adding a can of black-eyed peas, raw white rice and some precooked wild rice to the pot full of sauce with maybe some fried onions.

Will THAT work? What spices should I add? Maybe try going towards a chili tasking kind of concoction?

Dump it. You will never used it and it will only clutter up your fridge.

You can have a lot of fun experimenting with this concoction. Add in some ground beef, chili spices, beans, chopped onion and celery and you probably will have a great tasting and different kind of chili. Have fun. That's what chili cooking and chili contests are all about.

your ideas are great. black peas, kidney beans, lots of cayenne pepper, ground beef, and a carrol shelby chili kit. (comes in a little brown paper bag)
