Kicking a goose with your foot will not make it explode. Explosions usually require several objects to try to leave from within another from the inside out. Kicking is forcing pressure from the outside in. There is possible damage from kicking though. Depending on the intensity of the kick, the muscles of the goose could be bruised or in an extreme case, bones could be broken and organs are ruptured.
However, from a typical human kick in combination to a goose's aloof nature, I would imagine that the goose would suffer some bruised muscles and would probably seek retribution in the form of a chunk of skin from its assailant. Don't kick the goose, it would turn out to be a bad day for both of you.

And why would you kick a goose? No, don't answer that. Just don't do it.
Geese are used as "watchdogs" on some farms. They are bigger than you think and can be vicious. An adult goose can break your knee if it hits you with its wing. Geese can make you seriously sorry if you mess with them. My advice is to stay away.
