well the best conditions would be lots of light if growing indoors you should consult a hydroponics store if thats not an option go to an idustrial supply store and purchace a metal hailied ballast and bulb and consult an electrician to do the wireing second you need good soil with a moderate ph around 6 and you will need an exhaust fan it keep the humidity at a decent level now for budding its best to keep the humidity verry verry low this reduces mold and helps prevent outher unwanted ailments from occouring and you want to keep it decently warm in there around 30 degrees celcius and the heat and low humidity create higher crystal counts giving higher quality bud
