H E L L O!!!! Why do you need to ask this as it should be plainly obvious? He's taken...ie...NOT AVAILABLE. Your friend needs to look elsewhere for a boyfriend.

I would suggest she not try to break the man and his girlfriend up or wait around hoping that they break up.
Your friend should look for a man of her own.
I would suggest she join an organization that has male members or join a gym or get involved in volunteer work at a hospital their are a lot of single men there.

stay away!, He has a girlfriend, maybe he loves her a lot!
When you do a wrong thing, things get back to you, and stronger.
Tell her to be a good girl!!!!!!!! There are a lot of single guys... don't mess a relationship!, It can happen to her when she is married!, would she like that someone gets in a marriage??? don't think so... She has to start doing things right when she is young...

Find a guy who doesn't have a girlfriend. There is nothing worse than a girl who only goes after taken guys. It will give her a bad reputation.

She should find someone else to like. This is my thing, i try to put myself in other people's shoes. If I had a bf and some other girl tried to butt in and take him away, I would be super pissed. Now, of course, if she did, and he decided to leave his gf, that would be his own decision, but he will probably do the same thing to her when "something better comes along". She just needs to forget about him. Crushes suck, but life does go on.

She should look elsewhere.
What gives her the right to interfere in a relationship? Would she like it if she found "Mr. Right" and some other woman made a play for her man?
Should he become "available" again, that is when she should make her move but to try and steal him away, only makes her a thief.

What should she do?
Shift her perspective.
Put herself in the shoes of this chaps' current girlfriend, and imagine just how it would be to have another girl coveting her boyfriend....
Were some other chick after HER boyfriend, she would know it's WRONG (in Cartman voice)

Your friend should forget him. He is with someone else and she shouldn't get in the way of that. You never step on another girls toes whether you like her or not, or whether you know her or not. She is a kindred sister of the woman world and you should not betray another woman/girl no matter what. there are plenty of guys out there for her to date. She isn't going to wilt away for this one out of hundreds who happens to be dating someone else. She needs to stay away from him and find someone else that is single for her to like and date. Blessed be........
