I am 13 weeks pregnant and I feel a cold coming on. Any ideas on how to keep it from going into full blown cold mode? I'm just sneezy and tired.

Try lots of hot drinks, soups (tomato soup has lots of vitamin c), that sort of thing. If you can, buy some echinacea tablets too - a natural medicine. Above all, get some rest & build up those defences. Hope you get well soon!

Try your best to dress well for weather conditions. Drink plenty of orange juice and/or take vitamins. Wash your hands after using the bathroom, cooking with raw meat and getting them dirty. Carry hand sanitizer or combination of hand sanitizer/lotion. They sell them both at Bed and Body Works or Bed Bath and Beyond at reasonable prices. Try not to touch to many public things such as the handles on an escalator. I don't mean to suggest that you don't wash your hands after using things but other people don't. You don't want to pump up this cold. Feel better.
