B

Fructose is the principle sugar in most fruits. Sucrose is in others. Since A is not correct the answer is C. Though it is a sugar.

Insoluble fiber promotes regular bowel movements. Whole grains do not cause constipation as they are a good source of insoluble fibers. Food processing does reduce fiber. Soluble fiber binds with fatty acids and forms a gel. They also slow the stomach emptying down so sugar is released and absorbed more slowly.

Not eating processed foods is good for lowering sodium intake. However, reading the label doesn't necessarily do anything unless you act accordingly. High sodium intake causes the body to retain more water so that's not the answer. Frozen foods are often processed and not necessarily any better than fast foods. Read the labels.
