I have Plantar fasciitis and my doctor has told me I may need these shots to take the pain away. I am worried as when I read up on it I learned that the shots are painful.
If you have had them for the same complaint can you let me know how you were afterwards please. Many thanks in advance.

Yes, I had to have one in my thumb, because I had trigger finger
and had to get a shot in my thumb joint. Now i can move my thumb with out any pain. The shot stung for a second but after it I was fine.

I had the shots-and yes,it is painful when you get them. But it eased the ongoing pain I was suffering,so well worth it.
