What are you symptoms? Have you been tested by a doctor? Is there a special diet you're on or do you just avoid pork? I've never heard of an allergy like this but my friend's daughter is convinced she is allergic to pork because she gets back stomach aches from it.

No. I've just ate a pork pie. But I do know that pork produce causes stomach ache in some people, because of all the additives they put in before it reaches the store.Things like pies, sausages, etc, have rusk (bread) added to bulk up the meat. Could she be allergic to wheat flour?

I'm not sure about allergic to pork, but I do have a friend who can't eat most meats because of the preservatives used on them. These days, she's a vegetarian.

My brother has allergy to beef. so when ever he eats beef he has loose motion. My grandfather is allergic to ANIMAL PROTIEN so if he eats , any sort of non veg , he develop urticaria rash all over his body, which is associated with severe itching.
Best way to rule out is consult a doctor. There are allergic specialist in major cities.

I'm a vegetarian, sorry, tell your friend to take her daughter to a doctor or nutritionist, I'm sure he can provide useful feedback on that
