im really tired of being alone. like, i always have my friends arounnd me but i miss having a guy hug me and just be with me.
any suggestions on how to get a guys attention?

I sympathize with your situation and it probably doesn't help to hear that alot of women are in the same boat. It's probably true that we all find romance when we least expect it and maybe 'where' we least expect it. The only suggestion I have is to find activities that you enjoy doing and be open to meeting people there....that way you're not trying so hard and you're occupied in the meantime doing something you enjoy. Blind dates are not that great...and it's so uncomfortable accepting a date from someone you know nothing about. This way you'll get comfortable with the guy whose attention you seek and he'll get a chance to see you in your best light. It's all going to have to evolve naturally....so be patient and give the process time. Good Luck (and I caution you to avoid the 'wrong guys' at this point in time--you're lonely and more vulnerable--but it's better to spend time alone than with the wrong guy).

How old are you, and where do you live, and what do you like to do? With this info I can give you specifics on how to attract the kind of guy you want.
You're young don't rush yourself. Go to school games and pep rallies and have fun. You will meet a boy don't push yourself. Even try a science club. opposites attract. Enjoy your youth and do what is right for you. Don't let anyone pressure you into things.
