Call your landlord and creditors immediately and explain your problem. You may have to pay late fees, but usually they will hold off on collecting as long as they know you're willing to pay. Good luck!

Go to your social services dept. i use to be a welfare examiner, get your child on medicaid. It should not be hard due to the fact that you are a single mom, they may be able to help you with heat bill, food, and money while you are out of work. Is the father of your son helping out? Get some money from him. If you cant pay all your bills this month at least put a little towards electric etc... If you have such a high paying job do they offer health insurance for your son?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. The gov't often will not help anyone who is not completely dependent on them, this is so that they can control you. For now try some local food cupboards, these are usually run by religious groups, or other non-profit groups. This will help you out a little, although they often do not provide milk, or meat. You can also try a community fundraiser, communities are often very willing to help if they are given something for their money, and you can have this listed in the newspaper and on the news. Plus you are at an advantage, because people are buying gifts for the Holidays, you could do something Holiday related. Email me if you are interested in fundraising ideas.
Good luck.

I am sorry about your situation and honestly don't know much to help. I can however say good luck. Everthing will always get better and things will be okay. There is a quote that I read whenever I am feeling stressed and for a weird reason it always makes me feel better " It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure" I don't think that it applies to what you are going through. Just know that everything could always be worse. Also are you religious? Sometimes being able to have faith in something can help too.

We are having problems also, and as I thought about it today I have an idea I hope it helps...
Take in washing and charge per basket, wash dry and fold for like maybe five dollars a load....
Also do you have disability coming in for your son?
If not go sign up for it fast!
If you don't have a job your son should qualify for medical insurance....

1) If you cannot ask for help from any family members. then..

2) I would go to a welfare office and ask for assistance.. Mexicans do it all the time with no problems
